We try and keep things simple. We want you to choose the right career path and make sure that not only do you get your technical theory certificate but also all the necessary practical training to enable you to get the all important vocational NVQ qualification.
The NVQ is the site based training that employers want. The only way you can normally achieve this is if you get a job or an apprenteship which can can be the difficult part. To overcome this hurdle we work with several construction companies which allows our trainees to gain access to the ‘real time’ site based experience neccessary to build their NVQ portfolio so they are ‘Job Ready’ by the end of their training.
Currently, there is a skills shortage in the UK for trades people due to a lack of new entrants being trained. Look at any job agencies and you will see thousands of job vacancies in the Construction Building Services Industry so the time to train is NOW!!
